What we do
FileKindly has 75 free tools for the jobs people do with files every day: filling in and signing PDF forms, making PDFs smaller, joining and splitting them, converting between formats, resizing and editing photos, removing backgrounds, making logos and QR codes, and tidying up spreadsheets and text.
Every tool is written in plain language, so you don't need to know technical terms to get things done.
Your files stay on your device
Most online file tools upload your documents to their servers. FileKindly doesn't. The tools run inside your web browser, on your own computer or phone, so your PDFs, photos and documents are never sent to us. That makes it safe to use with bank statements, IDs, contracts and personal photos.
The only exceptions are clearly marked and always ask first, such as the optional online background remover for older browsers. Read the details in our privacy policy.
How FileKindly is free
The tools are free to use, with no sign-up and no watermarks. Free pages show a small number of ads. FileKindly Pro removes the ads and adds extras like syncing your saved details across devices and the full logo brand kit.
